Mr. Mitchell Lout grew up in Montgomery, Texas and is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where he earned his Business Management degree in 2018. Following graduation, he began his career in real estate at a Houston-based appraisal firm, specializing in the valuation of industrial assets for ad valorem property taxes. With a strong foundation in real and personal property valuation, Mitchell moved to Denver, where he joined CBRE to further his appraisal expertise. As part of the appraisal group, he performed and assisted in valuation projects on a wide range of industrial properties for clients involved in lending, acquisition, and disposition decisions. His diverse experience in both tax and market-driven valuations has equipped him with a well-rounded skill set, allowing him to deliver insights that drive strategic real estate decisions. At Black Label, Mitchell seeks to continue expanding his real estate knowledge in order to deliver exceptional results to clients. His responsibilities include conducting market research, representing property owners, and creating a network of real estate professionals and participants.
